Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the sugar, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper together - you can add them straight into a ziplock bag to save washing a bowl
* Step 2
Pour into a ziplock bag and add 4 medium-sized chicken breasts
* Step 3
Seal the bag, shake to coat then refrigerate for an hour or two
* Step 4
Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400F then bake the chicken (out of the bag) on an oven tray for 25 minutes
* Step 5
Serve with seasonal vegetables, potatoes, pasta, rice, whatever you want!
