When you go out of taste there is tried and tested formula of bringing the taste buds back, I tried the variation of Mexican chili with cabbage.

1 can
goya red beans
1 can
diced tomatoes
1 pack
chili seasoning
1 tbsp
cumin powder
1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste
4 tbsp
vegetable oil
1 can
veg stock
3-4 tbsp
colby jack cheese
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Shallow fry the cabbage/onion/capsicum, add in the beans and tomatoes and stir while adding ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder and chili seasoning. Pour in the stock and continue stirring so that no lumps are formed. Garnish with Colby jack cheese serve with guacamole.
