Garden Sandwich

Simple meat-free sandwich packed with flavor and protein.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 minutes
1-2 tbsp

hummus

2-3 slices

tomato (firm)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Assemble ingredients and preheat oven to 350°F.

* Step 2

Add slices of bread to the oven and toast for approx. 5 minutes or until bread is toasted to the desired texture.

* Step 3

Meanwhile, wash and cut tomatoes and lettuce.

* Step 4

Once bread is toasted, start to assemble the sandwich by adding hummus to one or two of the slices and then top it off with the cheese, then tomatoes and finally the lettuce.

* Step 5

Serve with a side of fries or potato chips. Enjoy !
