Mediterranean Style Bite-size Pan-fried Chicken
A delicate chicken dish with greek-inspired flavours

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop or Cube Chicken* into bite-size. For easy cutting, use partially frozen chicken. *See tip: https://cookpad.com/us/tips/44438
* Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, rub all marinading ingredients into the chicken and marinade 10 min in room temperature.
* Step 3
While the chicken is marinading, mix all ingredients for sauce. Set-aside.
* Step 4
Heat a fry pan to Med-High temperature and add Olive oil.
* Step 5
Fry Chicken from step 2 until surface turns white and juice comes out.
* Step 6
Add sauce from step 3 and stir-fry until juice is gone.
* Step 7
Transfer to a plate and serve. Also makes a great appy, sandwich filling or pizza topping!
