Grilled Mediterranean Chicken wraps
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Chop your tomatoes, spinach, olives and peppers while waiting for Chicken to reach 165° F internal temp and golden brown appearance.
* Step 4
Once chicken is done, cut into cubes.
* Step 5
Add chopped ingredients, and cubed chicken into a large mixing bowl.
* Step 6
Add 3/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar to the same bowl
* Step 7
Add 1 1/2 teaspoon of Lemon pepper to the bowl
* Step 8
Add salt & pepper to the bowl to enhance taste as needed.
* Step 9
Mix all ingredients together in the bowl
* Step 10
Add your desired amount of mixture to your wrap.
* Step 11
Roll top and bottom of the wrap while pulling it towards you to keep the mixture in.
* Step 12
Fold in the sides of the wrap
