I come with this idea while thinking about snack. And mochi come to me and wonder if I can make something similar with left over pumpkin. So, turn out it is good and my two toddler love love love it. If can,try use organic pumpkin because it is sweeter and more flavour,somehow.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 people

30minutes
1 spoon

water

sugar

pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First,boil pumpkin and mesh it. Prepare all the ingredients as shown below in picture. I pre mix my sugar and salt in a bowl.

* Step 2

Once pumpkin is done and mean. Mixed all the ingredients in a bowl. Remember don't put all the water. Just one spoon enough. Because mesh pumpkin already wet enough to mixed all the ingredients. Mixed until you get this dough.

* Step 3

Prepare your non-stick pan. Heat it.Grease with some cooking oil or butter or if you don't want too it is ok.Healthy way. Shape your dough small size and thin.
