Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add maida, salt, oil and ajwain to it mix all ingredients very well add little bit water to knead the flour to make hard dough.
* Step 2
Take small ball from this dough flattened it and cut in strips.heat oil in a wok fry this strips on low flame until it's colour changes to golden brown.
* Step 3
Namak para is ready to eat.
