* Step 1
First wash ladyfingers and cut into small pieces.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok fry bhindi until it becomes crispy remove from wok add dry spices (salt, Red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder) to it. Mix all species very well. Bhindi masala is ready to serve.
