Carrot kheer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, peel the carrots and wash it and cook till 2 whistles in a pressure cooker.let the cooker release naturally. Then drain water from carrot and make a paste of carrot in a mixer jar.
* Step 2
Take other utensil boil milk in it add cardamom and carrot paste to it stir it continuously for 5 minutes on low flame.
* Step 3
Then add sugar and dry fruits to it.Simmer for 10 minutes
* Step 4
Carrot kheer is ready. Garnish with some graded almonds over it.Serve hot as well as cold.
