maggi masala

1 tablespoon

ginger garlic paste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl grade potatoes add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,maggi masala,ginger garlic paste,carrot,onion.mix all ingredients very well to make a soft dough

Now make small ball from this dough and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour

Now in a bowl add maida and cornflour,water to make a batter,now dip this ball in this water then dust with bread crumbs.

* Step 4

Heat a oil in a wok fry this balls until their colour changes to golden.

* Step 5

Veg lollipop is ready to eat.Serve with schezwan sauce.
