Low Carb Coleslaw (sugar free!)

Can’t use milk like in the KFC copycat recipe, since I wanted it low carb, but also wanted it creamy in taste like KFC's. Also used stevia sweetener instead of sugar.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

* Step 2

Adjust to preferred taste- tangy, sweet or creamy, thin or thick - by adding more vinegar or dijon mustard (tangy), stevia packets (sweet) or cream &/or mayo to make it thicker.

* Step 3

Refrigerate before serving. It's nicer when it's chilled. =)
