Protein Packed Ranch, Garlic Cauliflower Mash
Simple tricks to get in your non starch vegetable and feel like your eating full on mashed potatoes. Experiment with these. Add fresh chives, some low fat shredded cheddar or even crumbled bacon for a loaded potato mash without the carbs.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the cauliflower according to package directions. Drain.
* Step 2
In food processor, blend the cottage cheese and garlic until smooth.
* Step 3
Add in all other ingredients and blend until they are smooth.
* Step 4
Serve up hot and for a touch of decadence, add a small pat of butter on top of each serving.
