Eggless Wraps (Blinu)
Makes around 16 wraps.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour, sugar and baking soda
* Step 2
Add 500 ml milk and mix well.
* Step 3
Put the rest of the milk to boil.
* Step 4
Add 2 tbsp of oil to the already prepared mix while the milk is getting ready. And mix it in.
* Step 5
When the milk starts to boil, slowly add it to the batter while mixing it in.
* Step 6
Melt butter on the pan and then mix it into the batter. You don’t need to grease the pan any more. The batter will have enough fat.
* Step 7
The pan should be still hot from melting butter. It will be greasy first wrap but then it will be dry. Put your stove on medium high heat. Spread the batter over the pan by holding the pan and moving it in circles when you pour. Try not to make it too thick or too thin so it will hold its shape but not break when you flip it.
* Step 8
Cook on medium high. Check if the bottom of the wrap is starting to be golden then gently flip it with a spatula. When the other side is ready remove it from the pan and pour a new one.
