Pulled pork (slow cooker/oven) cooking with root beer

This was given to me by my coworker. I hope it turns out because I don’t think we got the right ham but the theory is it will work.

Ingredient

1/3 cup

mustard

1 tsp

paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the pork, onion and root beer in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

* Step 2

Drain the root beer and onions from the slow cooker and shred the port. Return to slow cooker or a bowl.

* Step 3

Mix together mustard, paprika, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and half of the BBQ sauce over the pulled pork and toss to coat. Add in additional BBQ sauce as desired. ** I ended up using 3/4 of the bottle
