Leftover breakfast/Lunch Tacos

Great use for leftovers. I always like to have some to make an easy breakfast or lunch!

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings

Cooking time :

20 mins
1/3 large

Red onion

1 pinch

Salt

1 pinch

Pepper

1 small

Lime

3 small

Tortilla

1 tbsp

Olive Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Leftovers were the Baked Chicken and Roasted small peppers. Set up Mise En Place

* Step 2

Dice up onion and Thai hot peppers, cook them first in hot pan with olive oil.

* Step 3

When onion is translucent, add peppers and chicken to pan. Heat through, cut lime in half and squeeze over pan. Mix through with heat off.

* Step 4

Heat tortillas and add ingredients. Squeeze other half of lime into tacos slowly.

* Step 5

Let lime soak in... enjoy.
