Easy Vegan ginger cakes
Have vegan friends visiting tommorrow, wanted a simple cake. Found this recipy on a Belgian vegan site BE Vegan

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 180° C.
Prepare muffin tray
* Step 2
Melt butter, sugar and syrup
Stir with a wisk
* Step 3
Add ginger and applesauce
* Step 4
Add bicarb and flour wisk
* Step 5
Put dougd into muffin tin
Bake for about 25-30 min
Cool for 15 min before demoulding.
