Vegan Banana Oatmeal Cookies
This is a great way to use up your over ripen bananas. All you need to do is mix ingredients in a bowl!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put 2 ripe bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
* Step 3
Add coconut oil and mix well. Don’t worry if liquid and oil separate
* Step 4
Add oatmeal and cinnamon. Mix well.
* Step 5
Add whole wheat flour, cinnamon and salt. Combine well. If it looks too dry, add small amount of water.
* Step 6
Add raisins and combine well.
* Step 7
Put a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Shape the dough into 12 balls and flatten them with a fork.
* Step 8
Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit and bake them for 15 minutes.
