Vegan potato and spinach curry

Ingredient

garlic grated

turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the onion. Fry onion with spices, garlic and ginger in oil for about 5 min

* Step 2

Clean and dice potatoes. Add potatoes to onions cover with salted water. Cook until tender
