Vegan chicory and apple soup
Chicory is one of my favourite veg. In autumn and winter a stable in Belgian kitchens. Not a childrens favourite but they love this soup (as long as you keep the ingredients a secret 😄)
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and cut chicory. By temoving the stem
* Step 2
Do the same with the apple and patato. Add to chicory
* Step 3
Clean and cut onions and garlic.
* Step 4
Sweat onion and garlic into oil. For about 5 min
* Step 5
Add veg mix and cook for another 5 min
* Step 6
Add water and cubes. Boul for about 30 min.
Mix soup
