Vegan: French Onion Gnocchi

Vegan: French Onion Gnocchi
Just experimenting with vegan food to give it great taste. Normally try to do everything from scratch.
Ingredient

3 to 4 people

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil Potato Gnocchi in salt water until they float to the top 2 to 3 minutes
* Step 2
Brown 2 cups of Gardein Vegan Plant Ground Beef 6 to 7 minutes in a pan with olive oil
* Step 3
You can also brown the Potato Gnocchi if you wish. I've done it several times, but it's not necessary.
* Step 4
Mix Potato Gnocchi, browned Gardein Vegan Plant Ground Beef, Progresso French Onion Soup and Garlic (either pressed or chopped) in a 12" pan and bring to a slow boil.
* Step 5
Let mixture simmer for about 20 minutes at a slow boil until it thickens. Delicious French Onion Gnocchi
