Mushroom walnut pâté (vegan)

Mushroom walnut pâté (vegan)

Ingredient

Food ration :

2- 3 people
50 g

walnut

1 tsp

soy sauce

1/8 tsp

pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roughly slice and dice onion and mushrooms.

* Step 2

Sauté with 1tsp of oil on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until brown and most of the liquid has evaporated.

* Step 3

Let it cool for 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Combine sautéed onion and mushrooms with the remain ingredients in a food processor or a blender and process it till smooth.

* Step 5

Store it in a airtight jar or a container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Enjoy!
