California Farm Black Bean Dinner
Great recipe to taste lots of meat flavor without using much meat, getting your protein from black beans and cheese, summer flavors from tomatoes, garlic, jalapeno tangy peppers and sweet red peppers and eggplant. Big, hearty meal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak black beans 1 hour in cold salted water. Stir beans in 2 Tbs olive oil, add all other ingredients, cover with 2” of water, bring to boil, simmer, covered, 2 hours till water has evaporated. Grate fresh cheese on top, serve.

coriander, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp seasalt
