Paneer

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pressure cook sweet Corn upto one whistle. Keep aside for 10 minutes or till steam subsides.

Now chop all vegetables finely. Cut paneer in small square pieces.

* Step 3

Take a serving bowl and mix boiled corn and chopped vegetables and paneer pieces. Sprinkle chaat masala and black pepper. Squeeze lemon juice and serve.
