Strozzapreti primavera
This colourful, fresh pasta dish is light and perfect for a spring lunch, ready in 15 mins. Leave out the prawns if you want it vegetarian and add a bit more courgette. You could use any short fresh pasta for this

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Heat oil in a pan and cook garlic for 1-2 mins
* Step 2
Add courgettes and tomatoes. Cook for about 3-4 mins on medium heat. Add a ladle of pasta cooking water
* Step 3
Now add the prawns and continue cooking for 1-2 mins. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Mix well and serve
