Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the tomatoes following the linked recipe. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Make the pesto. Add basil, garlic, Parmesan and half the olive oil to a small food processor. Whizz up. Add walnuts, rest of the oil and whizz up till you get a smooth pesto
* Step 2
Drain pasta al dente, save a little cooking water to mix in the pesto. Return to pot, add pesto and cooking water. Mix well and add the tomatoes. Mix again
