Pear and chocolate chip cake 🍐
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180. Grease a 26 CM cake tin and sprinkle with brown sugar. Mix dry ingredients. Beat the eggs and pour them in
* Step 2
Mix and add the melted butter (microwave for 30 secs) keep mixing while slowly adding the milk.
* Step 3
Add sliced pears and chocolate chips. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour in the cake tin and spread evenly. Sprinkle with a little more brown sugar. Pop in the oven for about 35-40 mins. Test it's cooked using a toothpick
* Step 4
Leave to cool. Serve with a sprinkle of icing sugar
