Moscardini affogati
Fish on Fridays. Moscardini are baby octopuses. And they are so delicious cooked in this tomato sauce. Parsley is a must, so don't be scared to use it! Serve with fresh bread to mop it all up #italian #seafood #dinner #mainmeal

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse off the moscardini, set a side. Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and chilli. Cook for 1 min. Now add the moscardini and cook for another min or so. Add the wine and let it evaporate
* Step 2
They will release their natural water. So don't worry if it looks very liquid. Now add passata and tomatoes. Stir and simmer for about 45 mins.
* Step 3
Season with salt and pepper and top with fresh parsley
