Spaghetti alle vongole con pomodorini

* Step 1
Clean the vongole by soaking in water for 6-8 hours. Change and rinse water once or twice. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Heat oil in a pan and cook garlic and chilli for about 2 mins. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for about 2 mins on medium high heat. Now add the vongole. Cover and cook until they open, about 2-3 mins.
* Step 2
Drain pasta al dente. Add to sauce. Mix well and serve with fresh parsley
