Super simple spuds

Just an easy side dish that never fails and goes with anything #potatoes #sidedish #vegetarian

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel potatoes, chop into quarters, or eighths if they're big. Par boil in lightly salted water for about 5 to 7 mins. Drain and leave to cool completely on a plate

* Step 2

Mix butter, oil and grate the garlic. Leave to infuse while potatoes cool

* Step 3

Transfer butter mixture into a non stick pan. When melted, add potatoes and cook on medium high, shaking very frequently, until all butter is absorbed and potatoes are golden brown. Avoid using a spoon or spatula, just shake and toss
