Gallinella all' acqua pazza
In English this fish is gurnard (I had to google it!) which can be found in the Mediterranean sea and Atlantic. I first tried this fish in Napoli, during one of our many visits #italian #fish #lowcarb #healthy #dinner #mainmeal

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a small pan heat a good amount of olive oil. Add garlic and capers and cook for about 2 mins. Meanwhile wash and roughly chop the tomatoes. Now add the tomatoes and cook the sauce down for about 6-8 mins while you cook the fish. Salt to taste
* Step 2
In another pan, heat some more oil. When pan is nice and hot, add fish skin side down. Leave it to crisp up. Cover with a lid and cook for about 3-4 mins until cooked through. Serve with the sauce on top and some parsley. Mop up with crusty bread
