Inspired by a starter we had at a Mexican restaurant quite some time ago now, but with the summer upon us, it was time to make it! The dressing is simple yet oh so divine #salad #prawn #lunchideas #dinner #healthy #lowcarb

Gather your ingredients. Mix the yoghurt and lime and set a side

Peel the mango and avocado. Chop into small bite sized pieces. Add the prawns. Mix and drizzle the dressing on top. Serve 😍
