2-3 tablespoons

tomato passata sauce

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry garlic gently in oil. Meanwhile wash, dry and chop the veg. Add veg to pan and sauté for about 10 minutes on medium heat

* Step 2

Next add the prawns and cook for 2-3 mins. Then add passata sauce. Cook for another 5-6 mins. Remove garlic. Add fresh parsley on top, salt and serve
