Mille foglie di limone

Originally a French recipe I believe, but it was taken on board by the Italians too. Instead of cream (which my husband isn't keen on) I use lemon curd! Wow it's amazing and even better I think :) #dessert #lemon

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

3 layers per person. Cut into 12 even sized rectangles. Glaze with melted butter, prick with a fork

Bake at 180 for 15 minutes. Leave to cool on a wire rack

Layer up with the lemon curd

Dust with icing sugar :)
