Aglio olio and for those who like it hot, peperoncino
As I'm the spicy one in my family, I always keep a bag of fresh frozen chillies in the freezer. I buy them when they're on offer, wash and dry them well, put them in a freezer bag and then pop them in the freezer. They defrost in no time, so great for adding that extra bit of spice. I made this with just garlic and oil for the family and added the chilli just for me :) I like to make my aglio olio by draining it well, adding to the hot pan, frying up for 1 min to give a little crunch #italian #pasta #spaghetti
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Fry garlic in oil for a few mins, brown it but don't burn it
* Step 2
Drain pasta WELL. Add to hot pan and 'fry' for 1 min
* Step 3
Add that chilli and enjoy :)
