Simple Air Fryer Fish - Pompano with moist meat - Pomfret
Simple ingredients, tasty fish with moist meat. I used Pompano for this cook, but I bet any other meaty flat fish would be good too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
After cleaning the fish, rub with salt including the inside of the head and meat you can reach from the cut.
* Step 2
Spray both sides lightly with oil. Season with above listed ingredients on both sides.
* Step 3
Lay on mesh tray and place in the middle of the AF. Air fry for 15 mins at 180C, flipping half way.
* Step 4
Increase to 200C and cook for an addtional 3 mins on each side to brown or crisp the skin.
* Step 5
Serve with a side of kalamansi or lemon slices.
