Mango fish fry

Being a fish lover myself its always on my to do list to try various fish recipes, taposhi/topshe is found in different Bangladeshi supermarkets, its delectable taste is something worth trying for #fish-fry #bengali

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

De-frost the fish and pat dry in paper towels.Put onion, ginger,green chili and make a fine paste in blender.apply uniformly with salt and turmeric and red chili powder on the fish.

* Step 2

For batter: pour gram flour/besan, turmeric and red chili powder and add lukewarm water and stir to make a fine paste so that no lumps are formed. The batter should be thick enough so that it doesn’t drip easily.

* Step 3

Pour generous amount of oil in pan.Dip the fishes one by one in batter to coat uniformly and deep fry in hot oil evenly cooking on both sides.
