Soup gives so much warmth with winter veggies. I made with Broccoli, Peas & Mint
Ingredient

2-3 servings
Cooking time :
Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok heat butter, add minced garlic and sliced onions, cook till softened
* Step 2
Add blanched broccoli, peas and veg stock, sonnet for 10 mins, cool and add to blender, blend smooth, strain and bring it back to wok
* Step 3
Add salt and pepper and stir well. Cook for 2-3 mins, set aside
