Chota Elaichi or Green Cardamom has a lot of good for our health. Helps to control nausea, diarrhea, bloating, etc. besides its medicinal benefits, its flavor is most essential for Indian cuisines. Savory or Desserts all need Green Cardamom or Choti Elaichi. As a part of Garam Masala, it’s important too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the Elaichi and add to a blender and blend to make a powder. Set aside
* Step 2
In a wok boil water and add the Elaichi powder. Boil on high for 5 mins.
* Step 3
Use a muslin cloth on a bowl and strain the Elaichi water.
* Step 4
Bring the strained water to a wok and add sugar and bring it to boil while stirring to dissolve the sugar. Keep the flame on medium flame.
* Step 5
Add green food color, baking soda, and cardamom essence. Stir and set aside to cool completely.
* Step 6
To serve pour ice into a glass and add the Sherbet.
* Step 7
Enjoy a refreshing Sherbet
