Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gather all chopped veggies in a place. Wash and soak buckwheat.
* Step 2
Heat oil add bay leaf,cardmum then chopped onion, garlic, chilly,and chopped veggies fry it for a while.then add buckwheat and mix it well.

* Step 3
Add salt and half a cup of water and cook till soft add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
* Step 4
Buckwheat veg pulao is ready to serve/enjoy.
