Protein modak/laddoo

#np Made these modaks/laddus with no sugar, jaggery, ghee but filled with protein.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat pan and roast the ragi flour till nice aroma.

* Step 2

Roast coconut powder, not to change the colour.

* Step 3

In mixi jar add dates,peanut,cardmom and grind it to powder.

* Step 4

To that powder add roasted ragi and coconut powder and grind so as to mix properly.

* Step 5

Take out grind powder on a plate and shape in modak or laddu, Protein modak/laddus are ready
