Beautiful venila choco cookies recreated version of chef Nehadeepakshah.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take butter in a bowl add sugar powder and mix it well.
* Step 2
Then add partly maida with baking powder mix it like crumbs.
* Step 3
Add little milk to make dough. divide into two parts.one part should be bigger than other part. Add choco spread to bigger part and mix it well.
* Step 4
Now take choco dough and roll it on sheet and cut heart shapes with cookie cutter and stack them keeping one on another applying little water and roll it in foil and keep it in freezer to set for 30min.
* Step 5
Now cover the heart shaped roll with another part of dough properly to give circle shape, keep it in fridge for 30min to set.
* Step 6
Take out cut the cookies.
* Step 7
Pre heat kadai with a stand in side and place cookies on foiled plate and bake for 20min. And beautiful venila choco cookies are ready.
