Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the paste in a medium bowl.Next let it rest in a cup(containing materials except of oil for frying and ingredients and thyme),and cover the top of the cup,for 45 minutes.

* Step 2

Take the paste and divide it into 8 balls,each for 5 and half a centimeters diameter.

* Step 3

Heat the oil in a small pan on stove.Open the paste balls on a board with a rolling pin as one by one,cutting them with a circle cutter or by one simple circle headed tea glass opening,for circle shape,fill it,and close the circle as a half a circle at edge.After that they are made and put away on a plate,whole,fry them next as like,throwing them one after one in the oil,whirl them in the oil.

* Step 4

Drag them from oil,and serve.
