Ingredient

Urdh dal

1/2 cup

Tur dal

1/2 cup

Moong dal

1/4 cup

Peanut

Cumin

1/2 tsp

Fennel seed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak all dal for 2 to 3 hours

* Step 2

Grind pepper, cumin, fennel and dry chilli coarsely

* Step 3

Grind soaked dal coarsely, add onion, ground powder, salt curry leaves, ginger and garlic

* Step 4

Combine well, keep a deep pan, pour enough oil, take the dal mix little by little and make vada, fry until golden brown in medium flame

* Step 5

Serve with ketchup
