Murmura

4 tbs

Urdh dhal

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice, urdh dhal, fenugreek 4 hours, then grind, add water little by little until smooth batter.

* Step 2

Now add murmura and grind for 5 more min

* Step 3

Add salt, cover and keep overnight to ferment.

* Step 4

Next day you can make dosa with little oil (Do not spread the batter thin)

* Step 5

Enjoy crispy murmura dosa with coconut chutney or tomato chutney
