Quick milk sweet

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix condensed milk with yogurt. Beat 4 to 5 mins.

* Step 2

Pour it in the pan, add 2 tbsp of ghee and cook for 3 to 4 min in medium flame.

* Step 3

When it starts to cuddle add another 2 tbsp ghee and cook for 3 mins. Keep stirring.

* Step 4

Now add 2 tbsp ghee, stir it and cook until it forms like dough.

* Step 5

Now remove from flame then add saffron, cardamom powder, 1/2 portion chopped nuts, mix well and spread it on a greased plate and spread the garnish nuts.

* Step 6

When it cools down, cut into squares and serve.
