Iranian spicy kabab

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash meat, drain completely and marinate with all the spices, salt lemon juice and keep for 10 mins.
* Step 2
Now add chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, beaten egg, gram flour.
* Step 3
Mix well and make balls as desire size keep in the fridge for 20 mins.
* Step 4
Flatten the balls and make a round shape.
* Step 5
Pour oil in a pan, and shallow fry these kebabs in a medium flame and serve with sweet and sour sauce
