I have had this recipe for 25 years from a Prevention magazine recipe. It is awesome and easy!
Ingredient

1 1/2 cup
flour
1 cup
sugar
3 tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
3 tbsp
vegetable oil
1 tbsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 cup
cold water
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients well, but don't overmix. Pour into 8×8 baking dish, or round cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
You can sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost, but it's fine plain!
