Jaggery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash tur dana with water and boil. Chop potatoes into small squares.

In a mixer jar add grated coconut, tomato, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, goda masala. Blend to thick paste

* Step 3

Heat the pan, add oil to it. Once hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, saute.add chopped potato. Saute. Remove water from tur dana and keep aside. Add tur dana to pan mix well

* Step 4

Now add a thick coconut paste to it. Mix well. Add kokum syrup, Jaggery and salt mix well. Add water to adjust consistency.

Cook well. Add salt.cook more five minutes. Serve hot with hot phulka.tastes yum. This sweet and sour preparation is a family favourite. Do try this.
