Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 4 servin

Cooking time :

25minutes
1 cup

Jaggery

1and 1/2 cup

wheat flour

3 Tablespoons

desiccated coconut

1 teaspoon

nutmeg powder

Pinch

salt

1/4 teaspoon

baking soda

As Required

Oil for frying

As Per Required

Water

1/2 cup

milk

As Required

Chopped dry fruits

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take Jaggery. Mix water and milk. add it to jaggery. Allow the jaggery to dissolve completely.

Add fennel seeds powder, black pepper powder, salt, nutmeg powder, and desiccated coconut, mix well. Add sesame seeds.

* Step 3

Add wheat flour gradually. Keep dosa batter consistency. Now add baking soda. Mix well.

* Step 4

Heat oil in a pan. Once hot leave a small gulgule in oil. Fry it from both sides till brown. Take out the kitchen towel. Serve hot with a cup of tea or hot coffee.
