Maggi beetroot roses

Ingredient

serves 3 servin

maggi

1 cup

paneer

3 tbsp

corn flour

1 packet

Maggi masala

1 tsp

salt

3 tsp

semolina

as needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook maggi noodles and strain.boil beetroots and keep aside.take one cup paneer.

* Step 2

In bowl grate beetroot.add paneer chopped spinach, 1 pack boiled Maggi, corn flour,red chilli powder,maggi masala,salt, green chillies,mint powder.mix well.1 cup boiled Maggi keep aside.

* Step 3

Now take some boiled Maggi noodles. spread on board.make small balls of beetroot mixture and put on maggi noodles.roll and make cutlets.

* Step 4

Now heat oil.spread semolina in plate roll these cutlets in semolina and deep fry it on medium to high flame.once crisp take out and serve with sauce.

* Step 5

I have made some cutlets without coating of maggi noodles.that also tastes yum.
